1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups oat flour or whole oats
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 olive oil
Mix together dry ingredients. Mix together water and olive oil together then pour into dry ingredients and mix until dough if formed. If the mixture is too wet, add more flour to the dough mixture.
Roll out dough onto an oiled cookie sheet with wax paper on top to prevent dough from sticking to the rolling pin. Use a knife or pizza cutter to score dough in squares.
Sprinkle dough with parsley flakes or any desired seasonings. Bake on 375 for 12-15 minutes. Do not over bake. Enjoy!
