Oat Burgers

Ingredients

  • 5 cups rolled oats

  • 4 tablespoons sage

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 medium onion diced

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 cups soy milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together then add liquid. Stir well and let sit 5 minutes.



Step 2

Spoon batter onto an oiled cooking sheet in the form of patties. Bake for 20 min at 350. Turn patties over and bake an additional 10 min. Enjoy!
