Vegan Smoothie Parfait

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries tops removed

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1/2 cup plant-based vanilla or strawberry yogurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 5-6 ice cubes

  • 1/3 cup of granola


Step 1

Cut off tops of strawberries.                                      

Step 2

Blend strawberries, almond milk, ice, and vanilla extract until well combined.    

Step 3

Layer smoothie and then yogurt in a glass.                             

Step 4

Top with granola and enjoy!
