  • Corn chips

  • 3 cups pinto beans cooked and seasoned

  • 3 cups chopped or shredded lettuce

  • 1 ½ cups diced tomatoes

  • 6 tablespoons chopped green onions or finely diced onions

  • 1 ½ cups Salsa

  • ¾ cup guacamole or plant-based sour cream

  • 6 tablespoons chopped black olives

  • nacho cheese 


Step 1

Place corn chips on 6 plates, then place remaining ingredients on top of chips in the following order: cooked beans, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, onions, nacho cheese sauce, and salsa. 

Step 2

Serve immediately with guacamole or plant-based sour cream.
