3 cups pinto beans cooked and seasoned
3 cups chopped or shredded lettuce
1 ½ cups diced tomatoes
6 tablespoons chopped green onions or finely diced onions
1 ½ cups Salsa
¾ cup guacamole or plant-based sour cream
6 tablespoons chopped black olives
Place corn chips on 6 plates, then place remaining ingredients on top of chips in the following order: cooked beans, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, onions, nacho cheese sauce, and salsa.
Serve immediately with guacamole or plant-based sour cream.
